Tempe’s Twelve Monkeys?

I was having a morning walk through the construction tunnel on Mill at
the Tempe Gateway construction site. I saw these stencils, somewhat
reminiscent of Fairey’s ‘Obey’/Andre the Giant street art.
There are some deep currents running downtown, for those who will read
the signs.
